First Montrose Commons Neighborhood Association's next membership meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 17th, at 7 p.m., in the band room at HSPVA located at 4001 Stanford Street.  Bart French of Post Properties will be our guest speaker.  Post is now ready to break ground on their apartment complex at the corner of Richmond & Milam, a huge project which will change the face of our neighborhood.  Please make plans to attend this important meeting.
